Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Have just returned from shopping and got soaked by many motorists including a police car. They cannot avoid the surface water and we pedestrians have to use the narrow paths. But you could do something to help avoiding this happening every time it rains in winter by cleaning out the stuff that has silted up the drains.
