Dual sign still buried in foliage

Reported via desktop in the Traffic Signs category anonymously at 06:38, Saturday 24 August 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Dual sign completely buried by foliage. OCC have stated that this is due for "immediate attention" yet that was 2 weeks ago, and they have closed the investigation. I am guessing if the investigation has been closed, nothing further will get done? Why close the investigation before the work gets done? Seems pointless? The investigation should remain open until the work has been completed? When you inform of a pothole, this is what happens, work is done, investigation is closed.
