Failure of driveway surface.

This was reported over a year ago and it was deemed as there was not a problem, since then the surface has deteriorated further to such an extent that the dips are over 150mm deep compared to the drop kerb, When driving in or out of the driveway there is a risk of the car becoming grounded. this is also a well used location for crossing the road to access the Abbey Ponds nature reserve but with the surface being so bad it is a serious tripping hazard.
