Two gulleys on Penfield blocked

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are two drains on Penfield and both are blocked. Therefore, when it rains the close and driveways flood posing a risk to garages and houses. The gulleys have not been cleared for 5+ years so presumably are blocked.
