Weeds growing out of drain

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This morning, I measured a weed that was growing out of a drain outside number 14 Bucknell Road in Bicester. It stood at over 12 inches above the iron work of the drain it had its roots in. Is it not about time you did something.
