Roots from trees seriously deforming cycle path on Twelve Acre Drive

Whilst cycling on the cycle / pedestrian pathway along the twelve acre drive on 19/08/2024, I cycled over a bump which was caused by tree roots which in turn caused me to fall off my bike onto the main road with serious gashes on my hand. Would you be able to do something about these bumps to smooth out the pathway for cyclists to prevent further injuries. This was particularly prevalent between both entrances to Peachcroft Road. I am not sure how long the issue has been being new to the area. I would massively appreciate it if you could look into this as I would personally feel safer cycling on the road over that stretch, completely defeating the purpose of the cycle path.
