Hedge half way over road

I’ve reported this before and nothing has been done. It’s opposite my house and the grass verge is out of sight and the hedge is half way across the road. Cars cannot pass side by side anymore and it’s dangerous as you cannot see. This is now urgent. The people who live at 12 Queens Crescent have been informed by Cottsway its highways. Cottsway maintain the bushes the house side of the boundary fence only.
