Pavement outside Morrisons severely obstructed

The pavement on Black Bourton Road. Between Butlers Drive and the entrance is severely blocked (over 50% of width) with 2 metre+ overhanging vegetation. Today I saw two pushchair users trying to pass. One had to move onto the road, to permit the other to pass. This is becoming dangerous. An earlier report, months ago has been closed for updates. Either the company or relevant local authority need to address this issue as a matter of urgency.
