Hedges not being maintained

Charbridge Lane is supposed to be both a footpath and cycle lane. Previously I've been told that this section has been added to the rota, but you don't seem to be cutting it back. As you can see from the photos, the hedge is going not only over the footpath but also starting to cover the cycle lane. Also there are brambles coming down to face height and have potential to scratch people in the face - please can you sort this out please, but cut it back properly so that it lasts, not just the usual cursary trim that usually happens.
