Overgrown roadside ditch

The roadside ditch along the north side of Cassington Road on both sides of the turning into Pixey Close is seriously overgrown and the growth needs cutting back and clearing as this ditch is vital to allow surface water to drain through the village. This is an OCC ditch with Highways land on both sides; there is no other riparian owner.
