Footpath raised and damaged by roots from tree. Water mains nearby and roots protruding onto private property front lawn.

This has being going on for a period of time and is now becoming a nuisance and blocking nearby property guttering. Recent work on front property porch revealed extensive roots travelling toward the property foundations. Footpath is damaged and continuing to be damaged putting nearby water main at risk feeding into the adjacent properties. Branches continue to litter at the front of the property and presenting trip hazard to members of public. This tree is significantly bigger that the adjacent trees and branching out towards the nearby properties creating sinficant build up of moss on the pitched lower roof. Significant of natural daylight blocked out and sometime requires lights to be turned on inside the property during the summer period.
