  • Ah yes, You have an appreciation of the old stone work?Didnt even know this was an eroded boundary stone so usually covered up it is with foliage and debris. I would rate the chances of getting this redone by a Professional Stone mason at the behest of The Council to be virtually nil but its a lovely idea.

  • Theres another one at the end of Swinburne Road in a similiar condition outside The Convent School Playing Fields. Hadnt noticed it before. The 2 stones must triangulate up some 1 mile apart East West as the whole of Boxhill Road etc lies between them in a straight as the crow flies line
