Unauthorised commercial marketing signage

A local business has chained a metal marketing sign to the signpost at this junction. I have been asking them to remove it for over 2 months, with the understanding that we will try to help them obtain authorised signage. But still, it remains. There are many other businesses on Milton Road; all, I'm sure, would love to have individual signs at this junction. For visibility and appearance reasons, we would appreciate your help in having it removed.
