Trees overhanging propoperties

Reported via mobile in the Report a tree problem category anonymously at 18:33, Wednesday 14 August 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

This is the third time I have reported this problem, the latest at the beginning of July this year. On both occasions I was informed that the issue had been passed on to the relevant department to action. Nothing has, as yet, been done. The trees are still blocking pavements. The trees are still overhanging property boundaries. The trees are still making the windows dirty and sticky, causing a problem to keep them clean. The trees are still blocking the upstairs windows meaning lights need to be put on during the day - electricity is still expensive. PLEASE can this be hastened.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have instructed work to the tree described in the enquiry. This forms part of a large package of works the Tree Service has instructed throughout the parish. I have requested that the contractor prioritise these works when undertaking the programmed works within Shrivenham .

    State changed to: Investigation complete
