  • I am housekeeping old reports and found this one. Thank you for using Fix My Street. Your enquiry has been forwarded to the Oxfordshire County Council. Unfortunately, this particular matter falls outside our responsibility. This is a reflective bollard from pictures provided. There are no loose wires. The lining is damaged, This is not as asset OCC manage
