Flooding on pathway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

When there is heavy rain, this pathway floods. It may be that the drains here are blocked. Can this be checked as soon as possible? It will be worse when the weather changes.

    I don’t think it’s the drains. The verge becomes completely water logged and the path floods. It’s a muddy mess in the winter, right where children have to queue at the school gates.
