Good afternoon,

Thanks for clarifying that you cant come and adjust these. So that this report doesn't just disappear into the ether now can I ask who is responsible for the previously mentioned Manhole covers? I appreciate you will not be chasing this company to get the work done so am more than happy to take on the responsibility of bothering them regularly. The noise is a real drag on our quality of living.
