Hedges have grown over the footpath to an extent that it's almost blocked and pedestrians are having to step into the road to pass. This is on a corner, on a junction, and is leaving drivers unsighted as they turn left from Mersey Way in to Teescroft. Potentially dangerous if pedestrians are in the road because they can't use the pavement.
