No cycle pavement markings

No pavement paint markings. Cycles not stopping at Wolsey Court junction. I have had 4 near misses so far this year and previously a bill of £1600.00 to repair damage to my car where a cyclist was going so fast and did not stop and went into my car - they were not insured! Road/pavement have not been revamped in the last 20 years.
