Speed tracking sign in wrong position or set to wrong speed

There has been a new live speed sign put up here to warn people when they are speeding when heading towards Abingdon town centre. It is set to 20 miles an hour. However this sign is currently in the 30 mph speed area so has either been misplaced or the speed incorrectly set. I have noticed this for the last week
