Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Twelve Acre Drive Abingdon. I am a resident in Mattock Way that is currently under a four way traffic lights system. No work has happened for at least the last two days. This is due to be finished by 23rd August but all we have is a guy asleep all day in his car overseeing the work. Obviously this is very inconvenient and we are very unhappy that no work is happening. Can you please let me know when it will recommence and whether it will be finished by the 23rd and if not, why not?
