Sunken drain cover A4130 heading towards Wallingford

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
N/S drain cover reached just before apex of Nuffield Road and A4130 has sunken to the extent that it's as good as a sizeable pothole. Needs resetting ASAP; this problem has existed for months, nothing's been done to rectify matters, and cars need to move into centre of road to avoid it (it's of alloy wheel cracking magnitude; once hit in the dark, not forgotten).
NB this has an evil sibling on the other side of the road c400m away - the drain cover on the brow of Crowmarsh Hill heading away from Wallingford - which is an equal pain; cars have to drive in the gutter to avoid a similar suspension-jarring crash.
Please fix both as a matter of urgency.
