Dangerous leaning tree, honey fungus in roots

The problem is outside Longmynds - your system moves the marker every time I click on problem tree: There is a tree in the verge area outside our driveway (Longmynds) which is apparently infected with honey fungus. The tree is now dangerous as it is likely to fall in a storm. It is leaning over powerlines and towards the roadway on Foxglove Lane (see photo). In May 2023 your crew removed ivy from the two trees that were there - originally two trunks coming from the same root area. One of these trunks came down on 22 January 2024 during a storm (photos attached of fallen tree and hole with rotten roots which I took at that time). It took out a power line and blocked the road. It was cut up and moved off the road by the electricity crew so that they could reach the pole to restore power. The tree was later removed by neighbour and local farmer. The remaining trunk is apparently infected with honey fungus, which was brought to our attention on 12/8/2024 by an arborist.
