Cone on road again

Property owner keeps putting a cone out on the road. not able to talk to the person as they have been quite aggressive. Seems to be potholes on the road and he does not want his house splashed. Maybe can look into why this keeps happening

    Photos for reference. Taken today, 20/10/2024 Cone has been out all week. It's an obstruction and slightly dangerous, especially coming around the bridge in the opposite direction.

  • Yes the cone is a pain but if the pothole next to it was filled in & repaired then the owner won't put it there. Please can this be sorted as soon as possible Thank you
