Opposite 19 - 20 Tubbs Close, there is a layby with over grown trees, the trees are on a bit of land not marked up as public maintainable. maintenance of these trees us not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council. Informed this should be VOWH and then VOWH said its Sovereign, Sovereign is also saying not theirs.
