As advised provide location to identify the precise area I wish to seek your support and permission to site a flower stall

Reported via desktop anonymously at 13:31, Tuesday 13 August 2024

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

We wish to site a professionally run, visually beautiful flower stall on the grass area indicated on Acorn way, that runs parallel to the pavement.

The stall would be set and removed on a daily basis, it would be a permanent feature, along term business activity, that would become a recognisable landmark.

We believe it would contribute to a brighter Banbury and provide much needed proper floristry service, providing flowers for all occasions, gifts, weddings, funerals and so on, something which the supermarkets don't provide.

I would very much appreciate it if would be possible to speak with an appropriate officer and also arrange an on site visit . We would also be able and happy to improve and maintain the grass/ bush area along the 90mtr stretch that this stage of the strip covers.

  • The road condition has already become a recognisable landmark in Banbury! The stall mentioned would look hilarious if installed before fixing the potholes on the entire Wildmere Road.
