Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This brickwork has been crumbling for some time. Please see reply from Environment Agency. Dear Mr. Jones,
Thank you for your e-mail of 12th August 2024 re. failing brickwork around outfalls along Brook Street, Benson.
These structures do not belong to the Environment Agency. What information we have suggests they form part of the surface water drainage network and thus fall to the local authority. You are advised to report this to them using the FixMyStreet service, which from experience is a simple, effective way of reporting such matters.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards,
James Spicer
