A broken manhole and move out of the cover on Roman Way (between 136 and 138)

Last week, I heard a sound outside and found that the cover of this manhole was not placed properly after a car had passed by it. The coming out of manhole cover may be due to the loosening of concrete surrounding it. I tried to put it back as I worry about any further damage and causing injuries to people, animals or cars.
