Brambles/weeds growing into road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
There is an old tree stump which has been taken over by brambles/weeds and its growing out into the road. Down Caldecott road. Please can this be removed/cut back?

There is a hawthorn going to rack and ruin - being swallowed up by elder, ivy and chestnut saplings. One of its limbs is now hanging right down. Has it been missed by the outdoor team? It used to be lovely to look at. Nearby what used to be a small patch of brambles is now enormous, and busy collecting lots of litter. Photos to follow.
