Nuisance noise

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later

There has been a car alarm going off almost constantly for the past 2 weeks. It seems like it is a silver Mazda parked in the parking bay opposite the flats on Dunstan Avenue just along from the junction to Webb Crescent. It has been going off at all times of day and night and continues for some time without anyone appearing to turn it off.
