I reported this problem back in Aug 2023 and you said nothing was to be done, now due to the state if the paving and the dropped curbs that are too high on most of the estate the spring has broken on my NHS electric wheelchair and even the repair man said paving is supposed to be flat so I showed him what I have to out up with every day. I have 2 dogs and there is no way I can avoid the paving on this estate, it's a disgrace causing pain to me and now a broken wheelchair!!!!
