Security barrier ripped out.

There was always a little security barrier here to stop motorbikes, but allow pushbikes. It has been pulled out I presume by vandals. There is constant anti social behaviour with young boys flying along at great speed on motorbikes, would you be able to replace a similar deterrent again? They use it as a rat run and it is so dangerous and frightening to residents who wish to just take their dogs for a stroll or generally people just wanting a walk.
