Property has taken over the highway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Had a call from an MOP. The Old School property has taken up highway land. As its very close to the border this will need to be looked at where the boundary theft has taken place. Gentleman who called said he has reported this before and the property assured it would be sorted,
