BRIGHTON Council is about to spend 100,000 Pounds removing Graffiti City Wide. NEW REGULATIONS empower them to remove ALL graffiti from ALL property surfaces regardless of the Owners permssion. The problem is is ABINGDON aware of this and when is their Town Centre Graffiti Blitz due to start? Thanks Ahead

In the abscence of any reponse so far an update can be provided. It seems this story was mis reported in the press. What in fact it means is that Councils can order property owners to remove publicly visible graffiti from their private premises at their own expense without Council assistance!
