Street lights not working. I got injured in the dark.

The street light has not been working for many months. I informed the housing estate and they advised that I needed to contact the council. There is also another stre egg light around the side of the property adjacent to the driveway that is also not isn’t working. The visibility is very poor at night. I live alone and have a disability with mobility problems, I took a misstep as I couldn’t see the ground and fell over in the dark whilst walking from my car to my home and twisted my ankle and sprained my back. I would be very grateful if someone could kindly attend to this issue as soon as possible.
