These hedges were in part responsible for my Daughter being in a RTA on Tuesday evening. She was exiting the field and was listening for cars coming from her right , slowly pulling out , as soon as her bonnet was on to the road slightly a car hit her writing her car off and causing injury. The photos were taken from my car on exiting the field

Thank you for your enquiry, I am sorry to here of your daughters incident. The hedge in question is a boundary hedge and as such is the responsibility of the adjacent land owner. OCC will write to the land owner to inform them of you concerns and suggesting that works are undertaken to cut the hedge back
