The bushes and trees have been overgrown on this path for well over a year now and it restricts the cycle path

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are legally obligated to properly maintain vegetation on their property that is next to the public highway. If the vegetation affects the safety of highway users, it becomes their responsibility. However, in this instance,it would appear that this has now been attended to
