The pavement has collapsed (heavy tractors use it as a passing place for traffic)

Over the period of the last twelve months the pavement has gradually worsened. Heavy vehicles - primary tractors - use it as a passing place. The pavement has now completely collapsed and is now quite dangerous to walk on.
