Large tree broken branch overhanging car parking space

A large tree branch has snapped and is overhanging the corner parking space as well as banging on office window. It is at risk of falling onto any car below and could cause significant damage, or breaking the glass of the office window it is hitting against. It is also blocking all natural light to the office. It has been there for over 1 month. Unable to report as tree problem as it does not give this tree location as an option.
