Unlawful enclosure of Town Green

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later

Fence erected on town green around illegally placed skip, obstructing public access to common land, contrary to section 12 of the Inclosure Act 1857 and section 29 of the Commons Act 1876.

Outside St Mary's infant school, yet again. Please notify whichever council department has the statutory duty to protect our village greens & commons.
