Weeds growing out of the pavement

The estate is starting to look a real mess due to all the weeds that are growing on the pavements. This are probably also a safety hazard for the elderly or visually impaired. Please can this been sorted out as soon as possible?

Have you never seen a weed before? What do you need a picture for? Just come and clean it up? Are you basically saying that you won't bother to come and even look at the problem unless we do the recon work for you? Whoever writes these copy/paste messages, why can't you just come and look at it? Please this is a serious problem and it is affecting our estate and community.
