Incorrect Road Closure signs

The Road Closed sign at this location is incorrect, the road is not closed as that point nor is it at the Alvescot-Kencot junction. The road is only closed to Clanfield after the Black Bourton junction. How would visitors know how to access; Kencot, Filkins, Lechlade and Alvescot.
