Devon way road surface not fit for cars or let alone bikes

The road surface is badly damaged and your car shakes as it ventures down this road. The whole road needs resurfacing like the lovely Sussex drive. This has been like this for a number of years and yet nothing has been done. It’s a danger to all users and can damage your car.
