Block of view on cycling path and high risk of traffic accident

When cycling/walking across the Rutten Lane, in the direction from Yarnton to Begbroke along the cycle path, the view of the junction is severely blocked. The cyclist and pedestrians cannot notice the cars travelling from Rutten Lane to the roundabout (Photo 1). It cause a high risk of traffic accident, and a convex mirror is surely needed in this junction. The opposite direction is fine and the photo is also attached (Photo 2)
