There are two blocked drains which are full of mud and leaves. When it rains it floods the road and my driveway.

When will these drains be addressed? Wet weather warnings have been issued and we are likely to be flooded if these drains are not cleared. Damage is already being made to the end of our driveway and if this is not resolved soon we will have to claim against Oxfordshire County Council, so that we can get the driveway repaired before the Winter.
