B430 Blocks drains causing flooding on highway when rains

The drains have been blocked in section of B430 from North Lane junction towards Milestone Lane, particularly around Oak View. This is causing water to build up on the road whenever it rains which is dangerous at the speeds some motorists travel. In recent years there has been a car overturned in the Oak View driveway during wet weather and the water splashing is also damaging the property. This was reported following the Christmas flooding and actioned for investigation but no clearance has occurred - please can you advise if this is to be undertaken.
