Zebra crossing on Stratford rd Banbury close to North Oxfordshire Academy bright

I believe that this zebra crossing is not visible to drivers until the last second , the beacons are dirty and dull and the flashing isn’t bright . And the road markings are dull. Everytime I walk towards it a car goes over it even if I’m stood at the road sign! This is near a school with a 20mph sign but people still miss it. This is an accident waiting to happen , please could you investigate.
