Advertising sign placed on tree

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later

Yesterday, someone screwed an A3 size advertising poster to it; the company is "Noble Gas Heating Engineering" Tel 07719073805. This company is not working at my address, and I do not believe that they have sought permission to screw this to the tree. Please can you take the necessary action to get this advertising removed ASAP, from your tree, outside my property?
