Last cleaned 2017, many if not all are blocked on the pavement. Significant flooding to pavement and road in heavy rain

    None of the pavement drains have been cleaned since 2017 and are still blocked causing flooding in heavy rain. This is in a 'High Risk' area for surface flooding classified by the environment agency.

  • Thank you for your report, we have recently inspected the location and found no surface water present, the gullies are on a cyclical maintenance cleaning schedule and will be cleared when the gully wagon attends site.
