Pot hole prior to chicane coming into Bampton

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Large pothole about a metre in length, was patched previously I believe but fell apart. Not only is it dangerous to vehicles and especially bikes, but Lorries and large vehicles are making a racket going over it at night and live in the house next to it so can hear it every time a vehicle goes past.
